The solution was to remove the following: \\ \\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART\PDFMaker.xla \\ \\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Recent\PDFMaker.xla.LNK \\ \\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Recent\PDFMaker.dot No detect/repair in Adobe, or reboot necessary.
