I'm pretty sure its not my windows cd because its a legit copy, and i dont think its the hardrive either because this is the second one ive bought in hopes I am trying to re-install XP but keep getting: File setupdd.sys could not be loaded. - SAY IT REALLY LOUD!!
- It means you have an illegally copied CD with a corrupted file on it.
- I did this and the install was flawless.
- Try getting a replacement CD and see if that works.Michael A.
