Winsock Error 10107 Vista

I have used the sfc /scannow command and it finds some errors but will not correct all of them. Keep it up. It was complaining that some components couldn't run. "Ok", I thought, "let's disable some Vista settings not needed. - I've tried netsh winsock reset and netsh int ip reset but my wireless is still not working.
- This usually happens when you are running in vista.
