I think that the problem are related to document styles management in winword 2002.I resolved the problem saving the "recovered document" as Word 6.0/95 type."recovered document" is the documenit recovered in Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error Windows 7 I tried Detect and Repair several times using Save Settings and still got the error. Someone suggested renaming the "normal.dot" file on your computer to something like "xxnormal.dot". THANKS .
