Windows Firewall Ics Error 170

Trying to turn on the firewall gave the 170 error. A little background: Right before this error popped up, I had just run the Routing and Remote Access Wizard (RRAS) to set up routing between a local network card and a also, look under the dependencies tab for the dependent services and make sure they're started as well.
