I have uninstalled the Antivirus and most unusual drivers (like Winpcap for wireshark etc). So I downloaded the standalone installation (Windows6.0-KB936330-X86-wave0.exe). I've failed a dozen times over three or four years and tonight I have success! My guess is that in this Dell specific installation, for some reason Dell did not configure these as Automatic (Dell's fault) and rather as dependent services. State: 4 Error: 0x8007007e Trying to find some solution. 0x8007007e seems to be a Windows update issue which makes a lot of sense from what I am seeing. Solutions?

In the results area, right-click cmd.exe, and then click Run as administrator. NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM) The system cannot find the file specified. I have run SFC, Chkdsk and reregistered the Windows Updates Dll files. I'll repost if it worked tho.
